How do I book a hotel or homestay on 99Bookin?
Search a city and your dates, open a property and choose a room. At checkout enter the guest's name and 10-digit mobile number and confirm — you get a booking reference straight away. For nightly stays you can book up to 5 rooms together, even of different room types; each room gets its own booking reference. For a bigger group, call the property.
Do I pay online or at the property?
It depends on the property. If it accepts online payment, checkout offers UPI and cards through the property's own Razorpay account; otherwise you reserve now and pay at the property. Checkout shows which applies before you confirm.
Do prices on 99Bookin include GST?
Room prices in search results and on property pages are before GST. Checkout shows the GST for your stay and the total you pay. There is no booking fee.
How do I cancel a stay booking?
Open My bookings and enter your mobile number and booking reference. A refundable booking can be cancelled online until the day before check-in, as long as no payment has been recorded on it; an hourly stay until 1 hour before check-in. Otherwise contact the property — its phone number is on your booking.
Can I book a hotel by the hour?
Yes, at properties that sell hourly stays. Choose “By the hour” on the property page, then the date, start time and number of hours — many offer 3, 6 or 12-hour packs. You can cancel free until 1 hour before check-in. The “Hotels by the hour” filter in search finds them.
Can I rent a room or homestay by the month?
Yes, where the property offers monthly stays. Rent is billed by calendar month and paid month by month. Any deposit, and what the rent includes, are shown on the property page; the deposit is paid at move-in.
