What does 99Bookin offer hotels and homestays?

How do I list my property on 99Bookin?

Create an account on the 99Bookin console (free for now, no card needed), add your rooms, rates and photos. Your listing and booking page go live once the 99Bookin team approves the property.

Does 99Bookin take a commission on room bookings?

Not on your own booking page, front desk or OTA bookings. On guests 99Bookin brings you — booked on 99bookin.com or through an RBN99 member's link — you pay a 10% network fee on the room tariff (before GST) after the stay; it is waived if the booking is cancelled before the stay. Either way the guest pays you directly, online into your own Razorpay account or at the property. The console itself comes in four editions: Starter, Professional, Enterprise and Corporate.

Does 99Bookin connect to Booking.com, Airbnb and other OTAs?

By calendar (iCal), both ways: OTA bookings come into your 99Bookin calendar, and nights sold on 99Bookin close on the OTA. OTAs read calendars every 30 minutes to a few hours, and prices are not sent — set rates on each OTA extranet yourself.

Can I sell rooms by the hour or by the month?

Yes. In Stay modes, switch on hourly stays (a per-hour rate or 3, 6 and 12-hour packs) or monthly stays, room by room. Guests then see them on your 99Bookin page.

Do I need to install software?

No. The console runs in the browser, on a desktop or a phone.
